Mr. Paquin in Verdun, Quebec called us because he needed an upgrade for the 10-year-old sump pump system in his basement. He was looking for a system with a backup battery in case of a power failure. We offered to come by for a free inspection and our specialist Patrick went by to check things out. After assessing the situation, Patrick decided that the best course of action would be to install a new drainage system. Our experts first installed a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System to drain the water from the basement. They then installed a LawnScape™ discharge line outlet system at the end of the buried discharge line. Finally, our experts installed an IceGuard® Sump Pump Discharge Line System to prevent water from flowing back into the home, even if the discharge line is coated in ice or snow.

Back in 2012 when this client noticed that there was a crack in the brick wall on the outside of his home, he got worried. After contacting us, we sent out specialist Jorge to see what was going on, and just as we thought, it was a foundation problem caused by moving soils.

Outside cracks are a sign that your foundations are damaged and unstable. And this is a problem that should be treated as soon as possible before it worsens. This is why our foreman Petru installed 4 PushPiers: heavy duty galvanized steel pillars that will fix your foundations permanently. 

We have Waterproofed our client’s Basement in Pincourt, Qc  and we installed the following products: 71 feet of WaterGuard, CleanSpace membrane, drain tile, LawnScape outlet, IceGuard, and a SumperSump sump pump.

A TripleSafe sump pump was installed in a Pointe-Calumet house in order to evacuate the water away from the house and solve the problem of water infiltration in the basement.

Our TripleSafe sump pump system contains 3 pumps: the first one runs under normal conditions, the second starts if the first one fails or if the flow and volume for example, and the third is a battery powered emergency pump that works if you experience a power outage.

We have transformed this crawl space so that it is no longer wet and is solid.

- We encapsulated it all with our CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane.

- We solidified the beams thanks to the SmartJacks support pillars.

- We have waterproofed everything by installing a TripleSafe sump pump system, a SmartSump sump pump system, and a SmartDrain floor drain.

- We connected our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to the pump system so that the water particles in the air are intercepted and evacuated away from the house.
