Mark N. inherited his Columbia, SC home several years ago and has since rented it to a wonderful tenant. Mark wanted to rent to provide an extra income for his family. The tenant, Pam, was good about calling if something was wrong and Mark was happy to help. One day, Mark got a call that his tenant had fallen because of the dip in the kitchen. Mark had been meaning to get someone out to look at it and this was all the more reason. He did a search online and found Cantey Foundation Specialists.
