This customer in Franklin, TN came to Frontier for stabilization and waterproofing solutions for their crawl space. We installed a Smart Jack system to stabilize the upper flooring and prevent any further sagging of floors. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now their crawl space is usable and they don't need to worry about sagging floors, musty odors, mold, or wood rot. 

This customer in Franklin, TN called Frontier because had a sagging crawl space floor and moisture issues in his crawl space. The crawl space support beams were beginning to fail causing the sagging uneven floors. Frontier came in and installed SmartJacks to stabilize the structure, then installed a waterproofing system in the crawl space. We added drainage matting, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, and a LawnScape system to keep water out of the crawl space. Now they have a stable, dry, healthy crawl space.  

This customer in Franklin, TN, called us for moisture and water intrusion issues in his crawl space. The moisture was causing the wood floor joists and a section of the subfloor to rot. To fix the rotting subfloor and joist, we cut the section out and replaced it. 

This foundation was stabilized using Foundation Supportworks push piers. 

We used Push Piers to lift up this sinking foundation and close the crack!
