This customer in Athens, AL had crawl space issues with sagging supports and excess moisture. To mitigate the issue and stabilize the structure we installed our SmartJack System. To address the moisture issues, we encapsulated the crawl space by installing drainage matting, CleanSpace, sealing all air entry points, and adding a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This customer in Athens, AL noticed they had moisture in their crawl space. To address the issue before more damage could be caused, we came out and completed a full crawl space encapsulation. After we cleaned out all the debris, we started the encapsulation process. This included adding drainage matting, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. 

Why soda blasting? Sodium Bicarbonate is a granular powder that is non-toxic, food grade, with no vapors or off­gassing. It is blown with air at high pressure at the infected lumber. The mold is blown off without damaging the lumber, and falls to the floor. The mold is killed by the blasting action and the soda instantly changes the ph, so what falls is not active mold, but simply inert dust. 

We had one of our best polylevel installers fix this homes exterior concrete by carefully raising the slabs back to normal using our amazing Poly Level Solution.

This customer in Greenbrier, TN, contacted Frontier to help with support posts that are rotted and fallen over, and the ones left standing were sinking due to inadequate support and moisture issues. This also caused the support beams to sag and the joists to pull away. To mitigate these issues, we installed our SmartJack system.
