Why soda blasting? Sodium Bicarbonate is a granular powder that is non-toxic, food grade, with no vapors or off­gassing. It is blown with air at high pressure at the infected lumber. The mold is blown off without damaging the lumber, and falls to the floor. The mold is killed by the blasting action and the soda instantly changes the ph, so what falls is not active mold, but simply inert dust. 

We had one of our best polylevel installers fix this homes exterior concrete by carefully raising the slabs back to normal using our amazing Poly Level Solution.

This customer in Greenbrier, TN, contacted Frontier to help with support posts that are rotted and fallen over, and the ones left standing were sinking due to inadequate support and moisture issues. This also caused the support beams to sag and the joists to pull away. To mitigate these issues, we installed our SmartJack system. 

This Nashville family was having issues with a moist and cold crawlspace, AND were having problems with their foundation. In order to fix their moisture problem, we installed the SaniDry Sedona and Condensate Pump to ensure higher air quality and to eliminate the growth of any more mold that might occur, because of the moist crawlspace.

We also installed CleanSpace Liner and CleanSpace Drainage Matting to encapsulate the crawl space to help with the moisture and drafty floors.

We installed a few supplemental beams and Smart Jacks to support their already sagging beams. The crawlspace jacks are strong and adjustable, so they can easily be moved in the future. The SmartJack steel tube is manufactured with a triple-layer, in-line galvanized coating, so they are protected from corrosion!

These longtime homeowners of a 1972 home started experiencing foundation issues a few years ago. The wall had shifted and cracked, which brought in water whenever it rained heavy. The common culprit for bowing and cracking foundation walls is the pressure from surrounding foundation soils. 
One of the problems with foundation soils is that while the earth is continually pressing against the outside of the walls, nothing on the inside is equalizing that pressure. Foundation wall anchors address this problem by "gripping" the inside surface of the wall and countering that pressure.

Our favorite thing about the wall anchors is that they will gradually straighten the wall over time!
