Regrade the soil to direct water seepage to sump system. Remove all debris from the crawl space before encapsulation. 

There was high levels of moisture and very high humidity in their crawl space. They were experiencing warping around their home. They were very interested in a finding out about a crawlspace encapsulation to regulate the humidity and moisture to prevent further damage to their home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.

This homeowner called after he noticed a moisture issue in his crawl space that was causing many issues throughout his home. There was a moisture barrier in the crawl space that was ripped and had failed to keep the crawl space dry. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to perform a free crawl space inspection and estimate. Ross found plenty of evidence of moisture in the crawl space, and proposed a solution to keep it dry. The homeowner accepted and proceeded with a full crawl space encapsulation from Olympic Restoration Systems. 

The system included sealing off all outside air to the crawl space, removing debris, regrading the soil, installing a drainage matting beneath a CleanSpace vapor barrier, installing a SmartSump sump pump, and a dehumidifier. 

A homeowner was experiencing high moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space beneath their home. To help solve the problem, the Olympic Restoration team first removed all the debris and rocks, regrading the area for proper drainage. After installing a SmartSump pump to protect against ground water leakage, we encapsulated the area with CleanSpace to create a barrier between the ground and the home. To keep the humidity levels low, we used a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
