This homeowner called after he noticed his wood floors lifting and bending above the crawl space. When he looked in his crawl space, he saw moisture and felt high humidity. He called Olympic Restoration Systems, and we sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the property for a free crawl space inspection and estimate. Ross proposed a solution to the homeowner, and the homeowner was pleased. He proceeded with a full crawl space encapsulation system from Olympic Restoration Systems.

The client called us requesting a crawl space inspection and debris removal. They had vents in their crawl space, but they had not been opened due to an issue with critters in the area. They also had detected termites and mold had grown in different areas.

They also had moisture and high humidity in their crawl space. They were very interested in a finding out about a crawlspace encapsulation to regulate the humidity and moisture to prevent any further damage to their home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.
