Aaron A. reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after the settling of his driveway. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. System Designer Skylar was happy to meet with Aaron, conducting an inspection and providing a free estimate. Ready for a safe driveway, Aaron agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the slab was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the driveway was restored to its original state. Now, Aaron and his family can confidently use the driveway without the fear of tripping!

This Fairfax homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions when their sidewalk had become tilted over time. System Designer, Dave Mauldin, provided a free estimate for our PolyLevel product. They quickly agreed and soon the Poly crew was at their home. Using this special process, the installers were able to lift and level the front walkway - restoring the safety and beauty again. The final step was to spray the concrete with Sealant Pro to protect it from seasonal change, moisture and chemical elements. This house has the driveway it deserves again!

This home near Monrovia, MD had water coming in the basement where the driveway ran alongside the house. Over several years the driveway had dropped leaving a gap. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, inspecting the area and offering a free estimate for repair. With our PolyLevel system, Fortress is able to lift and level the driveway. Once our PolyLevel crew was onsite, they were able to raise up the driveway and seal the gap with NexusPro. Now, this homeowner doesn't have water coming into their home any more!

Michael was concerned about his sinking patio. The under-patio drainage system was aging and had started to wash away the dirt causing the slab to sink and pull away from the retaining wall. System Designer Riley Ethier, came out to complete an inspection and provide a free estimate. He determined that our PolyLevel Injection Foam would be able to lift the patio and restore it back to the original height. Our PolyLevel crew soon came out and successfully lifted the patio by drilling small holes in the concrete, inserting  foam and then patching the holes. Michael was pleased with the results!
