Very satisfied, workers were very friendly and answered all our questions. Everything went as scheduled, workers kept us informed as to what they were doing. Alford's Salesman explained the entire process as opposed to the other company, the estimate was more detailed.

Mr. Reynolds conducted the annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently.  He checked inside along the floor and corners and outside along the foundation.  I always learn something about termites and other home invaders and it is explained in terms I understand.  The main office phone staff is clear and I can understand them.
