Scott is very professional. He calls before coming to our house for the regular service as per our request and is prompt for appointments. He covers his shoes upon entry to the house therefore is very neat and aware of not tracking in dirt and mud. He is friendly, personable, and trustworthy. And takes time to explain what treatments and products he is using, also addresses any current issues or concerns we might have.
