Customer service is outstanding. When I had an issue, someone from DryZone Basement Systems was there within an hour and a half. I can always get someone on the phone when I need them. Always very courteous and keeps me in the loop on the progress. The basement was left cleaner than when they came in.

I had the annual service done on my system. The technician was Dave. He said he had recently started working at Leader. I do know the company takes a great deal of pride in their products and service, and it's very obvious that pride is shared by their technicians. Dave was very knowledgeable about the system, made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns, and he was very pleasant.  He is a good representative for the company and reflects the quality ethics of the company.

This is my second time using DryZone. Excellent service. Ricky, Matt, Shane were very good. I worked from home during the installation and you would not know they were here.
