Our representative Dennis went over all options, and was very helpful in making my selection. Once it came time for installation, the crew arrived on time and all were very friendly. They explained what they were going to do and the whole time everything was kept clean. The attention to detail was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Tim made sure I understood what they were doing and why, went over the entire system when done, and did an excellent job with the pipe in our lawn. You cant even tell they did it.

The two reasons we chose NBS was for their excellent reputation and that their work is backed up with a warranty. Our sales representative did an excellent job explaining how our water problem could be repaired. He was very personable and professional. The crew arrived as discussed, they even called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of schedule. The installation crew was awesome. They were hard working and polite. The clean up was great. They left the job in A-1 condition. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend NBS. There's been a lot of rain here lately, and the best part is our basement is finally dry...the 1st time in years!

Corey provided an excellent presentation as well as a couple courses of action to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and practical. The installation crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. We are very happy with the whole process. Corey was very professional and the crew did a terrific job. I was very pleased they were able to unclog my old system. Corey indicated they would try, but I was not sure how "hard" they would try. They got it working and also did great work in installing the new system. A professional job in all aspects. Thanks!
