These Rockford homeowners get a lot of rain in their basement when there is heavy rain. They were not sure where the water comes in from and they didn't have a sump pump to drian the water. We first installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide extra levels of protection. The TripleSafe has three levles which allow for the pump to still work in case of one level breaking or a power outage. We then installed the WaterGuard system which is a drain that is under the floor but above the foundation. The drain collects the water that comes into the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home.

Karine and Duane were having work done by Ayers to waterproof their basement. The team at Ayers needed to install new discharge lines for the waterproofing systems; thus, Karine and Duane opted for the LawnScape Outlet. The owner of this home decided to upgrade their current sump pump for a the more effective and aesthetically pleasing TripleSafe. This sump pump is the king of all sump pumps, sporting three pumps within a single liner. One Zoeller ⅓ hp pump, a Zoeller ½ hp pump, and an “Ultra Sump” battery operated pump that works in the event that the power goes out. All of these pumps are housed in one liner that has an airtight lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement, and eliminating an eyesore. TripleSafe efficiently works to pump water out of the basement in any situation.
