Christine was hoping to get a nice Egress Window installed for her basement that she was in the process of finishing. She realized Ayers sells Egress Windows so she decided to call. We had one of our crews come out to her home and begin the installation after she set the appointment with us!

Our Egress Windows are great for finishing basements because they are larger which opens up the space more. Many places legally require Egress Windows as well since they include a quick, safe exit option for emergency situations. The solution we provided them with was a durable liner and a drain to keep moisture out. CleanSpace, thick, multi-layer liner was fixed to the walls, covering the floor. This antimicrobial provides a barrier to moisture and water vapor, keeping mold away. Additionally, SmartDrain helps drain leaks in this dirt crawl space and features an alarm that alerts the homeowners to the leak. Both CleanSpace and SmartDrain ensure that moisture and mold will no longer be a problem in this crawl space.

Rick was constantly cleaning standing water out of his basement and was sick of the tedious task, so he called Ayers for help. We sent a crew of experts to evaluate the situation and they suggested installing WaterGuard, a drainage pipe system. WaterGuard is placed on top of the footing rather than alongside it to prevent clogging, unlike other drainage pipes. Rick is happy he can relax now!
