The homeowners had water leaking into their basement. They had an existing sump pump, but it was not effectively removing water from the home causing water damage on their floors. 

Our professional team replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe sump pump.  The TripleSafe pump keeps your basement dry with triple protection! The first sump pump will remove water effectively handling up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second pump is more powerful and has a second drainage line that is there for you if the first pump fails. Finally, the third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out! 

The homeowners in Grand Rapids, MI noticed that during the winter months their sump pump would become flooded with water. Their sump pump discharge line was freezing and trapping water in it. The system works by allowing water to escape from the discharge line even if it freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Courtney works for a property management company and was in need of a contractor that was as professional of a company as her own. Wanting to fix the cracks in her foundation, Courtney contacted Ayers and had our resident foreman Evan perform an inspection.

Evan realized the home needed a stronger draining system, so he prescribed a WaterGuard Drainage system. The system works with the home's sump pump to add an extra level of protection.

The system consists of a series of channels that diverge any excess water from the sump pump towards an outlet that takes the water far away from the home's foundation. The Channels are placed under the foundational floor, making the system invisible and unintrusive.

Jeff’s home was built in 1997 with a poured concrete foundation. His basement was finished and water was collecting in the corner. There wasn’t any standing water, but the carpet was saturated.
