My basement was leaking to the point where I needed to have something done. I decided to go with Ayers because of the superior quality of the available technology. Dennis did a great job walking me through all of steps of what was going to happen. He was very knowledgeable about his job. The crew was very capable, polite and hard working. 

We had a heavy rain come through our area and it looked like 25 gallons of rain was in our basement! Mike Remar took a look at our basement and lead us through all of the problem areas and reassured us that with your help we could make sure this never happened again. We had WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Sump Pump system installed and the crew that did the work were professional, hard working, they went the extra mile, confident, and patient. The installation crew was professional, courteous, respectful, and hardworking. The Project Manager worked very hard to work out the needed job specifications.

Now that both projects are completed, I wanted to take the time to thank your company for following through and finishing these major projects. There were a few blips, as expected, but nothing major. Most of the blips resulted from a disconnect between what was ordered and what the installers brought down to Dowagiac. I want to especially thank foreman Tyler on the egress window job. He and his team worked their butts off, and the expertise Tyler brought to the egress job was impressive. You should be grateful to have such a solid employee. Devin and all the guys who were involved were polite and respectful. They represented Ayers well. I will consider Ayers for any other projects in the future. In the meantime, good luck to all.

Dear Sir. On July 8, 2015, Mr. Bob Dionise came to our front door and presented the Ayers program. As a result, Larry Salinas came to the house and repaired our sea wall. Mr. Salinas promptly arrived at the appointed time and started preliminary operations on the job. Later, he ordered 10 yards of fill for the holes in our embankment. He moved a big proportion of the fill by hand in the wheelbarrow. He had a pleasant and workmanlinke attitude. Eventually, he had some assistance to complete the job and cleaning up afterwards. We are pleased to have called your company and will certainly recommend you to our neighbors who also have seawalls.
