After meeting with Jim Kephart, he knew exactly what we were looking for. He did not pressure us into buying anything we weren't on board with buying. He totally understood the situation. When meeting Evan and Connor who installed the system, were great. They saved our house! MY husband and I stayed out of their way so they could work when Connor said he smelled gas. We definitely had a gas leak coming from the meter. The police and fire department were called and they had to quit working until the gas company came and fixed the problem. I had some issues in my crawlspace that Tom helped me figure out what I needed to do to get it fixed. I ended up choosing Ayers to save on heating costs.
