Over time, this led to visible dampness, staining, and standing water near the laundry area, creating an environment that felt constantly wet and unusable.

After addressing the source of the intrusion, Northern Basement Systems restored the space to a clean, dry condition with no visible water along the perimeter. The space is now functional again, with the floor dry, the environment stabilized, and the homeowner able to use the area without concern of recurring moisture issues.

With a full perimeter drainage system, a sump pump system, and this TrenchDrain along the garage door, water will be collected by the drains and pumped out with the sump pump to keep their home safe and dry. 

To install this TrenchDrain, our team jackhammered the slab to allow them to install the drain and then spread concrete around the drain to prevent water from entering around it and to give it a clean and finished appearance. The TrenchDrain is designed to be incredibly durable and be able to withstand the weight of a vehicle driving over it.
