A homeowner in Swampscott, Massachusetts, had an odor in their crawlspace that would come into the home when the homeowners would turn on the fan in the bathroom. The odor would take over the entire home. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their home and recommended encapsulating the entire crawlspace with CleanSpace and then installing a SaniDry dehumidifier into the crawlspace. The system will prevent moisture and odor from penetrating the crawlspace and then being spread around the home by the bathroom fan.
