This homeowner in New London, New Hampshire was experiencing cracks in their block foundation. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.

Design Specialist Jason Vachon arrived at the home and inspected the basement of the home. Jason found that the cracking and leaning due to the pressure of the ground pushing the wall inward. Jason recommended installing PowerBraces into the basement. 

Design Specialist Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed PowerBrace into the basement. 

This homeowner has been living in their home for 6 months and noticed their sunroom was sinking after all of the snow from the winter melted. They decided to call EFS to have someone inspect the home. The Design Specialist recommended installing EZ Posts under the sunroom to stop it from sinking. 

An owner of a funeral home in New London, New Hampshire, had a water pipe undermine one of their foundation walls. EFS installed a new footing and masonry wall to replace the wall that had been undermined. 

This homeowner in Rindge, New Hampshire wanted to stabilize their house and attached deck. Design Specialist David Cormier came out to the home and purposed that the homeowner uses helical piers. The Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and installed the piers. 

A homeowner in Gardner, Massachusetts, has a concrete set of stairs at the front of their home that were settling. The homeowners can feel and see the slope in the stairs and want to find a solution before someone gets hurt. The homeowners called EFS and our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a new set of stairs after a full inspection of the old staircase. 

Our installation team ordered a new set of stairs and had them delivered to the homeowners' house so we could install them.
