A resident of Marlborough, Massachusetts noticed water seeping into their basement through the walls and floors in one corner. The homeowners contacted EFS for a complimentary inspection of their basement to discover a solution for their water-related issues. Our Design Specialist/ Service Technician, Justin Colin, suggested installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard in the basement to prevent any further water penetration.

Before installing our solution in this Marlborough, MA home, the basement struggled with persistent humidity, despite a dehumidifier in place. The homeowner contacted Erickson Foundation Solutions for a lasting solution. Notice in the after photo, we installed the SaniDry XP, renowned for its efficiency. This homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire built their home 5 years ago and has seen water entering their basement this past spring and would like to solve the problem before it gets worse. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system into the basement to collect any water that tried to enter the basement. 

A homeowner in Hudson, New Hampshire, has water leaking into their basement. They wanted to have this issue repaired so the homeowner reached out to EFS for a free inspection of the basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the basement to find a solution to prevent water from entering. To solve their water penetration issue our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system that will collect water from the walls and beneath the slab and pump that water out of the basement and away from the foundation wall. 

Our installation team installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage Line, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent the water from entering the basement and controlling the humidity inside. 

Homeowners in Merrimack, New Hampshire just refinished their basement and are once again experiencing leaks. With water damage being a huge concern, they wanted to install a waterproofing system that would permanently keep the basement dry.

Our Design Specialist, Victor Tapia, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, UltraSump sump pump, and EverLast wall restoration. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement to capture water and deliver it to the sump pump. In order to access the foundation, our installation crew needed to remove the lower half of the finished basement wall. After installing the sump pump and connecting it to the WaterGuard system, everything was set in crushed stone and cemented in place. An exterior discharge line was added to the sump pump to dispose water safely out of the home. With the waterproofing system in place, our crew then installed the EverLast wall. This wall is water and mold resistant, all while offering a nice, finished look.

The systems put in place allow the homeowners peace of mind that their finished basement is protected. They loved the final result!
