This homeowner in Freedom, New Hampshire built their home years ago but has seen cracking in the detached garage. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage. Our Design Specialist inspected their home and recommended installing Push Piers to the front left corner of the garage and then using PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab.

Our Design Specialist, was assigned to meet with the association's manager to inspect the affected condos and suggest the appropriate solutions for each case. After the inspection, we recommended the installation of Push Piers, Helical Piers, and a slab pour to stabilize the foundation and repair the basement slab for one of the condos. 

It was the ideal permanent solution, and with the new poured slab floor to replace the existing broken up basement slab, the unit now had a stabilized foundation and a clean space.
