Smart Jacks System, Amesbury, MA
This homeowner in Amesbury, Massachusetts was experiencing sagging floors in their home. Design Specialist Brian Allen came to the home and proposed a Smart Jacks System to counteract the effects of sagging floors. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team installed Smart Jacks into the basement. Installing Smart Jacks into the basement permanently added support to the interior of the home and reversed further sagging.
Leaking Foundation Wall, Amesbury, MA
This homeowner in Amesbury, Massachusetts has been living in their home for the past 50 years. Since the year they moved in they have had a leak in the basement. After all those years they decide they were done having water come into their basement. They decided to call Erickson to set up an appointment.
Design Specialist Royce Potts came to the home and inspected the basement and the outside foundation. Royce found a crack at the point where the wall meets the floor and water is seeping through. Royce proposed that Erickson install 75' of Fast Drain and 2 Super Sumps with battery backup to help to navigate the water out of the basement.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to the home and installed the Fast Drain and 2 Super Sumps into the basement. The homeowner could tell right away that the combination of Fast Drain and Super Sump was going to work great for the basement.
Pool Deck Repair, Amesbury, MA

Bursted Water Main Washed Away Dirt Under Home, Amesbury, MA
A homeowner in Amesbury, Massachusetts, had their water main burst and it washed away dirt from under the slab in their basement. The water washed away approximately 4" of water from beneath the slab. They have already seen the slab in their basement begin to shift and they would like to prevent further movement/ damage. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our design specialist recommended spraying PolyLevel underneath the concrete slab to fill the void.
Helical Piers to Stop Brick Foundation Settlement, Amesbury, MA
The owner of an older home in Amesbury, Massachusetts, had noticed their brick foundation wall begin to settle a few years ago. After seeing the wall continue to settle, they decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing 3 Helical Piers to the brick foundation and then using a grade beam to cast over the piers so they could lift the wall up to its original position.
