A homeowner in Belmont, Massachusetts had sunken and uneven concrete slabs. She reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions to fix the unappealing look and tripping hazards.
Our Design Specialist, Tom Armano, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete stabilization and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that was injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill voids. This lifts and levels the concrete. Then, NexusPro was used to seal the joints. This prevents future cracking and settling.
Now, this homeowner has an appealing walkway that is safe to walk on!

We included NexusPro® Joint Sealant to secure the joints, effectively sealing any cracks. This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.
Rather than replace the concrete, which would be costly and disruptive for their patio, the were pleased to know PolyLevel slab injection was an option. Repairs took less than a day, and they were able to continue using their patio within minutes of installation. Once the slab was leveled, NexusPro was also applied to tidy up the joint and seal it correctly.
