Our Design Specialist, Tom Armano, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete stabilization and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that was injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill voids. This lifts and levels the concrete. Then, NexusPro was used to seal the joints. This prevents future cracking and settling.

Now, this homeowner has an appealing walkway that is safe to walk on!

Before our intervention in Norwood, MA, this homeowner's pool deck presented multiple challenges with uneven sections, particularly near the pool filter and rear deck area. As shown, divided slabs created trip hazards of up to two inches. This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts was looking to sell their home. The homeowner had two small cracks in their foundation wall that they would like sealed before they show their home. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.

A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had a crack in their garage slab and was concerned about the slab being out of level. Our production team installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to level and seal the slab in the garage. 

This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.

Rather than replace the concrete, which would be costly and disruptive for their patio, the were pleased to know PolyLevel slab injection was an option. Repairs took less than a day, and they were able to continue using their patio within minutes of installation. Once the slab was leveled, NexusPro was also applied to tidy up the joint and seal it correctly.
