A homeowner in Moultonborough, New Hampshire had a deteriorating fieldstone foundation that would leak, leaving the walls more susceptible to mold growth. Concerned with the structural integrity of the foundation, they contacted Erickson Foundation Solutions for assistance.

Our System Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, had advised the installation of our PolyWall to protect the fieldstone foundation from further degradation and to channel any leaking water into the existing perimeter drainage system. The PolyWall consists of polyurethane foam, which solidifies upon application, thereby enhancing the stability of the foundation wall. The installation team meticulously applied the durable polyurethane foam, skillfully navigating around egress windows, utilities, and the bulkhead door.

With the PolyWall now installed, the foundation's integrity is preserved, and the basement remains dry.

This homeowner has lived in their home in Acton, Massachusetts, for the past 30+ years. The homeowner has seen water appearing in the basement more frequently. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist Liam recommended upgrading their existing waterproofing system to include a better sump pump, perimeter drainage, wall encapsulation, and a dehumidifier to keep water and moisture out of the basement. 

This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts had a sump pump in their basement that had stopped working. Since the pump stopped working the basement has had higher water and humidity issues. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their existing sump pump to see if it could be salvageable. Our Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick met with the homeowner and inspected the basement and the sump pump and recommended replacing the sump that no longer works with our TripleSafe. Our Installation Team led by Branden Edwards arrived at the home and replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe.

Since they purchased the home 25+ years ago they have seen water seep into the basement and puddle on the floor fairly consistently. They wanted to find a solution to prevent water from entering and collecting on the floor of the basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in their basement. 

This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 7 years. Recently the owners had become concerned with the air quality in their home. They decided to reach out to EFS for a free inspection of their home because they were worried about cancer and their health. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner to talk about their concerns and then inspected the home's basement to find a solution. After the inspection, we recommended installing an ERV system in the basement to replace old stale air with fresh air from outside.
