Perimeter Drainage System Installed, Methuen, MA
A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, had an existing sump pump but wanted to upgrade their waterproofing system. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended replacing the existing sump pump and installing a full perimeter drainage system.
Our installation team installed 152' of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and replaced the sump pump with a SuperSump.
Egress Window Installation, Methuen, MA
This homeowner in Methuen, MA had a finished basement that needed more light and a form of egress. Our Erickson team installed an egress window, along with a Rockwell barrier, in their desired location. The extra light is going to make a huge impact on their basement, and provide a safe exit if need be. This project took a single day, and the homeowners are thrilled with the results.

Crumbling Fieldstone Foundation Wall Sealed, Methuen, MA
A homeowner in Methuen Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built in 1756 and has lived in the home for 40+ years. For many years they have seen water and moisture entering the crawlspace through the fieldstone foundation. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist looked at the foundation and recommended installing Poly Level Wall Restoration to the inside foundation wall to prevent water from entering the crawlspace and basement.
Perimeter Drainage Installed, Methuen, MA
