In the before photo, a recently purchased home in Reading, MA, faced a significant basement moisture issue during rainstorms, despite having a working sump pump. The existing system struggled, forming small puddles and failing to keep the space dry. After our inspection, we installed WaterGuard® to address the issue by directing water efficiently to the sump pump. Alongside, we placed a TrenchDrain at the bulkhead entrance for maximum protection. The after photo highlights a transformed basement environment, beautifully dry and optimized for any homeowner’s needs.
