Basement Drainage System Installation in Reading, MA
In the before photo, a recently purchased home in Reading, MA, faced a significant basement moisture issue during rainstorms, despite having a working sump pump. The existing system struggled, forming small puddles and failing to keep the space dry. After our inspection, we installed WaterGuard® to address the issue by directing water efficiently to the sump pump. Alongside, we placed a TrenchDrain at the bulkhead entrance for maximum protection. A potential buyer in Middleton, New Hampshire, had an interest in purchasing a home. They called EFS to do a repurchase inspection. During the inspection the specialist found water entering through the foundation wall. Our production team installed an UltraSump, FlexiSpan, and IceGuard into the home.

The owner of a hundred-year-old home in Haverhill, Massachusetts, had water entering their basement. They wanted to find a solution for the water coming into their basement. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their home and we recommended installing WaterGuard, a SuperSump, and IceGuard in the basement to prevent water from collecting in the basement.
Wants to Use Basement As Storage, Haverhill, MA
This homeowner in Haverhill, Massachusetts was having water entering the basement. They are reluctant to store anything in the basement because of the fear that the water might ruin their belongings. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez inspected the home and the basement. Isaac found some areas where water was coming into the basement. Isaac recommended installing Water Guard to collect the water that comes into the basement. A Super Sump also was recommended to take the water from the Water Guard and push it outside of the home.
