The owner of this home in Manchester, MA was concerned with water entering his basement. Half of the basement was a finished space, and the last thing they wanted was for water to cause any damage. While there was an older perimeter drain in place, it did not connect to a pump of any kind. After a wet year like 2023, it was evident to the homeowner that more protection was needed to keep his basement dry.
Our team designed and installed an upgraded perimeter drainage system along with a TripleSafe sump pump, complete with a battery back-up power source. Our team also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to help control the moisture levels in the basement and improve the air quality in the home.
This homeowner now has peace of mind that his home will stay dry all the time and be protected against water in the basement for years to come.
