The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... They were prompt, thorough, informative, professional and overall one of the most pleasant work crews I’ve ever had at the house AND all while working through really challenging weather conditions.    In addition, Josh, the electrician, was simply a magician in solving the electrical requirements and including me in the process. I’ve literally never had so much fun working with an educated professional. Ever.    Also, the three of you working with my husband and I, given the catastrophic nature of our basement flood and scheduling us so quickly was sincerely a godsend.    I’d like to send this to the higher ups but didn’t know who they are. You all should be highly commended for making a hugely stressful event so seamlessly and expertly repaired while being genuinely pleasant people.    Your company environment must be really wonderful to have such employees.    Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly.
