What started as a damp, nasty crawl space and uneven floors in the home is now a bright clean space the homeowner can feel good about leasing to others!

This homeowner in Fayetteville knew his home wasn't as dry as it could be, so he called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas. This crawl space had a dirt floor with no protection from the outside moisture or air. There were also unsupported beams, which could jeopardize the structural integrity of the home. We installed our CleanSpace Liner, support beams, and SmartJacks to make this home healthier and more structurally sound.

Customer contacted us to help with a basement that kept flooding. Our design specialist inspected the basement and designed a drainage system to remove the water. 

We installed our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. This system is a sub floor perimeter system, installed below the surface of the basement floor and on top of the footing. It then channels water seepage to the sump pump. In this case, we install a TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafes are designed to relieve sub floor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. This unit utilizes two 120v pumps and an additional 12v battery backup system.
