When our System Design Specialist, Craigen finished his inspection, he sat down with the homeowner and together they found a solution to all his biggest crawl space problems! Settling issues starting inside her home showed this homeowner it was time to call Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas. Our System Design Specialist, Chad showed her how our CleanSpace Encapsulation System could dry out her crawl space and undo the damage that had been done! She loves it!

This crawl space had a dirt floor with no protection from the outside moisture or air. There were also unsupported beams, which could jeopardize the structural integrity of the home. Customer contacted us to help with a basement that kept flooding. Our design specialist inspected the basement and designed a drainage system to remove the water. 

We installed our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. This system is a sub floor perimeter system, installed below the surface of the basement floor and on top of the footing. It then channels water seepage to the sump pump. In this case, we install a TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafes are designed to relieve sub floor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. This unit utilizes two 120v pumps and an additional 12v battery backup system.
