Here is an amazing before and after picture of our Drainage Matting and our SmartJack Crawl space Stabilizer. With high humidity levels in your crawl space, it's very common that wood beams begin to rot and decay, this can lead to sagging floors in your living room. To fix this issue we installed our drainage matting to prevent moisture and guide water to a sump pump system. We also installed our Smart Jack Stabilizer to support that sagging beam. 

When these homeowners grew suspicious of moisture in their crawl space, they only wanted to work with the professionals at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas! Our Design Specialist, Jack, inspected the crawl space and suggested our CleanSpace Encapsulation with the EverLast Door, SilverGlo, Vent Seals, and the SaniDry Sedona. They eliminated moisture in the air and isolated their home from the earth, keeping it cleaner, drier, and healthier for years to come!

This Springdale homeowner was having concerns about moisture and possibly mold in their crawl space. They gave us a call and our System Design Specialist, Jack, inspected the crawl space and determined the best course of action. Once the homeowner felt comfortable with the plan a date was set for our Installation Crew to come out. 

The Installation Crew came out and cleaned all of the debris and old insulation out of the crawl space. They then sealed the vents with our SilverGlo Vent Seals and installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the walls. An EverLast Door replaced the old drafty door. The EverLast Door creates an airtight seal and is made of inorganic materials, so it won't rot! Next the crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Lastly our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier finished the job. This dehumidifier is the best on the market for its size and filters the air to prevent mold and musty odors!

Eliminating moisture from this Mansfield crawl space was a priority for this homeowner. He chose to have our Ez Flow Drainage System, SaniDry Sedona, the TripleSafe Sump Pump and dimpled Drainage Matting installed to keep his whole home cleaner and drier. After grading the crawl space floor, the installation team installed Ez Flow Drainage System to direct water towards the TripleSafe Sump Pump, where it will be pumped out and away from the home, even in heavy rains and power outages.
