When Denise first purchased her home, she knew that she would want to someday finish her basement. After a few years of living in her home, she began to notice water seepages, putting her basement finishing project on hold. The day finally came when the winner was announced and Denise couldn’t believe it. She received a full perimeter drainage system, WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump. He spent much time with me, going over every detail and all of the rationale for the process and procedures. The presentation materials were excellent and the video was helpful. David Ezelle is an exceptional co-foreman. Together with Richard, the foreman, they made a cohesive pair. I was especially pleased that, in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely going back to Davenport. David was especially professional in the way he approached the job and the way that he communicated with me. He was very careful regarding the preparation of the materials and equipment and the way that he completed the work. My driveway, sidewalk, and steps are now safe and neat. in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely considering going back to Davenport. David and Richard were very careful to provide a thorough cleanup. They are especially meticulous, given the kinds of materials that they work with. I had tried to secure a local company for slablifting. I used Thumbtack. I only received a call back from one large company that is located in Missouri. Of my three inquiries, I made an assumption that they did not necessarily want to deal with senior citizens. That is my personal assumption. I subsequently used Home Advisor and found MidAmerica Basement Systems. I couldn't believe the exceptional professionalism and gracious care of each person with whom I was in contact

Chris did a fantastic job of explaining the work to be done. Misunderstanding on my part as to how much area would receive foam insulation. Contract was correct. I rushed Chris during the presentation as I had another appointment to make. Dillon, Tyler, and Blake where respectful professional and cleaned up area better than when they arrived. Couldn't believe how fast they completed the work. Outstanding team work by all three. Area was cleaner than when they arrived. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems after I saw work done on Jerry Lange's home in rural Davenport, Iowa by your company. I was so impressed I called for an estimate and didn't bother to get competitive estimates.   

I really appreciated that Mike came for our initial appt. on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule. When it was determined that our needs were more for structural work versus crawl space encapsulation and water removal....Mike suggested we bring out the owner. Ryan came out with Mike for a second Saturday appt. It was determined that our main concern was collapse of my beloved school house cottage. We were advised to go with 7 Smart Jacks and a new 40ft. Steel Support Beam. I was very happy that they both came out to review this to make sure that what they quoted and advised would address my #1 concern. The rest of my concerns will be done by myself and a private mason, now that the house is stabilized and we won't have to worry about collapse, due to deterioration of our main support beam.   I initially called the company, because their Ad indicated they were Basement & Foundation Specialists. I made the final purchase from them, because of all their Business Accreditations & the Lifetime Guarantee they offered me. I felt like this company had all the backing to stand behind their word & that I could trust them. That is paramount when spending this kind of money. We had a crawlspace encapsulation system installed. Starting with our experience with the call representative, Holly- She was very pleasant, professional, and curteous.  Chris, our design specialist provided a thorough review of the process and quickly provided us with a reasonable estimate.  Mike Clementz, our installation crew leader, provided exceptional service with integrity, while completing our needs in a timely and respectful makker.  I chose your company because of your reputation!  I did not even check with other competitors in our area.

Joe went over all my options for encapsulating my crawlspace. We decided on what we thought would give us the most bang for our buck.  Justin and his crew did a great job.  Justin and his crew took away all of the scrap/garbage from the work they did. At the end, everything looked great.

Our old house had a terrible leaky basement. I called your company on a whim and was super impressed with the work and the fact that we had a dry basement for the 1st time ever. When we lost our house to 130 mile an hour straight line winds we rebuilt. New basement, thought we were good with tile and sump pit installed. Boy were we wrong. Our pit/pump couldn't keep up, after 2 floods in the basement, I called you company. I know that I will sleep well tonight during the rains as I am covered by Mid America Basements Systems and the Triple Safe Sump Pump Systems. I heard good comments about MidAmerica Basement Systems, and talked to a representative years ago at a local home show. I had a basement drain/pump system installed in one rental house several years ago. Because of success with that 1st system, I had another installed in a second rental house in 2015. Today, 02-Jan-2017, Adao Natario performed service on both systems, replaced one pump, and also recommended some other work, which I will consider.
