This basement wall was caving in which is something that needs to be taken pretty seriously. It's important that bowing walls are help up by products that are strong, reliable, and durable, just like our PowerBraces seen here. 

This home had a driveway that was slowly settling down a hill. We installed helical piers to make sure the driveway doesn't settle any further. This big driveway, which was used to store a lot of cars and weight, was now safe again. 

This basement had a bowing wall that was cracking horizontally. In order to remedy this, we installed 10 eight feet PowerBraces along the wall. The PowerBraces are so strong that the owner wont have to worry about the wall for the future.

As we see with most bowed walls, there was a large horizontal crack in the block wall just below the frost line. You see, when water freezes underground outside your foundation, it causes the water to expand and push inwards towards your basement. Our repair is simple, but very effective. Our steel I-beams are very unique in their design and strength compared to most other steel beam options. Our PowerBraces, as we call them, are made of a high strength steel that prevents rust and other types of failures that you see with other I-beams. They are also designed to prevent damage to your floor joists and floors through weight dissipation. When we gave a free inspection for this basement in Irvine, Kentucky, we noticed a main beam needed a little extra support holding up the floor joists above it, so we recommended we install a SmartJack post. This post is covered in galvanized steel to prevent rusting. Not only were we able to waterproof this basement, but we were able to straighten out their floors as well!
