They did everything that they said they were going to don with NO hidden surprises. Even though I had the first estimate a couple of years ago and was not able to do it at that time, there was no pressure to get the job done. This is why I went back to DryZone when the time came to do the job. The installation crew was Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Explained everything in great detail. I chose the company because of The no Pressure buy tactics. As I stated that I was not able to get the job done when I first got an estimate a couple of years prior but did come back to you when it was possible because there was no pressure involved. Hi Len, As I mentioned during our phone discussion, this is now our 3rd interaction with various regional locations of "Basement System" company products. Your willingness to work with us to address both the basement & crawlspace issues, the professional level of customer service and the quality of the materials used resulted with us selecting the DryZone Basement Systems for this project. The crew were excellent and Steve answered all of my questions patiently and kept me informed at all stages of the installation including explaining various recommendations for issues that became evident during the project implementation. John and I were very pleased with how the installation took place. Payment is going out by Certified US Mail today and should arrive in the office early next week.
