DryZone Basements entire approach to service and commitment is so refreshing. I was incredibly skeptical given my history with their competitor, and asked & reasked for an honest assessment, "was it REALLY possible for me to have a dry basement?" They commented - my basement was BAD, for sure, one of the worst they had seen, but they were confident they could make it dry and so far, somehow, they did! We had two weeks of rain, and I still have a dry basement... even through a power outage! and with the horrible smells of wet moldy basement gone... I am so grateful I switched companies and have nothing but amazing things to say about DryZone basements!!! I am even, dare I say, considering utilizing my basement! Very informative sales presentation. Crew was very clean, did the job and showed up when they were supposed to.

This company provided me with many extra services and did not charge extra fees. We are moving and needed quite a bit of work done in the basement. With their help, not only did we receive a lifetime warrantee for the system, but the crew did some demolition that helped greatly. On top of everything else, Ricky's crew returned our escaped Bearded Dragon into his cage! The finished product is clean, precise and they delivered exactly as promised.

Ricky and his crew were amazing. I was told the job would take 2 days; they managed to finish in one day and my basement looked beautiful (sump pump, dehumidifier, waterproofing and installation of drainage and foaming). Good morning.   Jonathan Costa, Senior Foreman, and his team enlarged an existing sump, installed a sump liner, and replaced two older Zoeller pumps with new Zoller pumps.  A SaniDry Sedona humidifier was also put in place and drained to sump.   This is the second sump pump installation by Dry Zone at this property.  The earlier installation included a complete perimeter drain in a separate basement area.   Mr. Costa was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and, in all respects, a good representative for your company.  The work was done in a competent manner by Mr. Costa and two other persons.  Cleanup was excellent.  Care was taken to protect hardwood floors crossed to access inside basement door (no outside access).   Very satisfied with work done by DryZone during this installation, as well as previous installation.   It should be noted that DryZone is somewhat more expensive than other contractors who do this type of work.  However, I have been satisfied thus far that the premium price is justified.   Albert S

Yes, Steve came out to complete the inspection and everything went very well. My appointment was actually scheduled at the end of Feb and he contacted me and asked if I would like him to conduct the inspection a month early. I appreciated that he was thinking of me. He worked with my schedule the day of to arrive at a time that worked best for me.  I was happy that I received a quote later that night. I reached out a few times with questions and he always responded within the same day, most times within an hour.    I utilized DryZone Basement on my previous residence and I am planning on moving forward again on my current address.    Best, Erin

I needed an analysis of the source of the water which was flowing into the basement. The problem was identified, correctly, as a broken or leaky water intake pipe from the street running into the house near the source of the leak. The work had to be done by the City Water Department with a private contractor assisting with the removal of the old pipe and replacement with the new pipe in the front yard and in the basement. Steve was professional and thorough in his inspection and analysis. With his observations and recommendations, we were able to avoid what could have been a catastrophic situation had the water pipe burst before we arranged to replace it

The salesman was flexible and found solutions to fit our budget. The installation crew was quick and polite, they swept up after completion. The company was flexible in erms of providing a solution that met our needs at a good price!

Steve & the crew were very professional.. I'm very pleased, so far! Still worried about water in the basement, but that is because I had water for so many years. I chose DryZone Basement Systems because a friend's daughter, installed the system in her home. They have been very pleased.
