I am satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my basement. My design specialist was very nice and the installation team was knowledgeable. I never had a big water problem in the basement but wanted to do something before it got worse. I was referred to Quality 1st through a friend and chose their company because they had good quality. I invested in a battery back up system, in case the power ever goes out, I will stay have a working sump pump!

He did not attempt to oversell me more than I needed like one other company did or pressure me to sign right away. The quote fits my budget and schedule. The crew arrived at the tail end of the afternoon time window and finished the job quickly. Overall: I would hire them again.

We are very pleased with the work. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, timely and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and very, very helpful; we enjoyed having them work for us.

Great company who did the right thing. Greg Louis came out to the house and clearly knew his stuff. We scheduled for around 6 weeks out but, with a cancellation, came out much sooner. Led by foreman Juan Garcia, the crew of 6 hard-working men went to work. During the demolition, it was discovered that a leaking pipe was the cause of our problems and Juan was very upfront and honest about what our options are. For now, we have decided to fix the pipe and keep an eye out to see if we get any additional water. If so, we will call them to come back in. I highly recommend Quality 1st!

We enjoyed meeting with Kenny and learning about the push pier system to repair our foundation.  The installation crew was careful about not disturbing property while driving the Bobcat and excavating.  The crew was very diligent about completing the installation even in the freezing rain and muddy conditions.   Overall, we were very satisfied with the repairs and with the service and quality that Quality 1st provided and we would recommend your company to anyone we know.

Collin Peare was all around excellent...I have a dehumidifier and sump pump installed by Quality 1st and love that the product really works. I have been a customer for 3 years and appreciate that Collin comes to visit every year for an inspection on my systems. I'm glad to see that everything seems to be working accordingly.
