Quality First installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in our basement 10 years ago which greatly improved our problem with excessive dampness. Randy Halal came for a routine service visit and discovered a pump needed to be replaced. So glad we kept up with our maintenance so our system will continue to perform optimally. Randy was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I am very happy with the way Quality 1st waterproofed my basement. I was initially recommended to Quality 1st through my contractor and after seeing the positive feedback from several clients I decided to choose Quality 1st. My inspector Ken Peare was excellent! He provided me with a free estimate and helped me find the right products and solutions I needed for my water problem. The installation team knew what they were doing, they were very knowledgeable.

We had a problem with our floor separating from the wall in one of the bedrooms, Jack was scheduled to evaluate the problem, he was very professional and most of all knowledgeable and honest. In the end, what we thought was a foundation problem, was not. Jack gave us different solutions to solve the problem and took our worries away. Very seldom we find professionals that go the extra mile to help a client. We highly recommend Jack and his company.

We have worked with Quality First Basement for 20 years. My first job was the triple sump pump which has been excellent. Next was the refinishing of our basement. Another superb product and experience. Today we had new flooring installed. Once again, the product and workers were excellent! They were on time and so respectful. The floor is so attractive. This is a company that has only gotten better over the years! I highly recommend it! 

Really pleased with the level of service that Quality 1st provided. JC, Luis, and the rest of the crew did a great job installing the Carbon Armor foundation strips for an issue we were having. We were so pleased that we booked them for some other basement work (that we had been putting off) within an hour of them finishing the job. Really pleased overall and excited for the peace of mind that comes with it.

We had Mr. Ryan Santaliz come to evaluate and service our crawling space system. Ryan was always very knowledgeable and polite. He was kind enough to navigate a creepy crawling space and document the extent of the damage, explaining clearly the best solution by proposing an action plan.  

We are very satisfied with the work, so far we have had lots of rain and no water in the basement. The installation crew was very professional, hard working, and considerate. It was a very positive experience dealing with the office staff also. The salesman and his presentation were very good and convincing. We found the work very thorough and professional including a satisfactory cleanup. Time will tell as to the long-term performance of the product but we are very happy with it.
