I am satisfied with the work completed at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman Kenny had a ton of excellent information and answered all of my questions. I first heard about Quality 1st through a family member and chose their company because of the products. I invested in a battery back up system so my basement never floods, no matter what!

I am very pleased with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems in my basement. My inspector Ken Peare was very professional and knowledgeable of all products. I had a water problem and the products that Quality 1st offered, gave me a true solution. Before Quality 1st fixed me leaky basement I was having a water problem for more than 6 months! I decided to give Quality 1st a call and was instantly pleased with the courteous and professional office staff that set my free estimate appointment. Before meeting with my inspector Rick I recieved a presentation packet in the mail that showed me different solutions and what was the problem. My salesman Rick Ludlow was very honest and provided me with an instant quote the same day as my inspection. I am pleased to know that my system is under warrenty and is transferrable. The installation team was respectful, hardworking and left the job site cleaner than they found it!

I am so pleased with the work done by Randy Halal and your team. I had several issues going on at multiple locations, including a wet and leaky basement, a structural problem with floors that were sagging because they needed foundation support, as well as general humidity and mold issues. Randy was able to come in and diagnose the issues at each location, and offer me solutions with clear and understandable explanations.
