We needed Quality 1st Basement Systems to come out because there was shifting and sinking in our concrete. Sean Johnson was our foreman on the job this time. He was extremely courteous and took the time to observe all the areas we pointed out that needed to be lifted, and he even noticed some others. He was very meticulous in completing this job to our satisfaction. (And I am a tough customer with high expectations!!) We are very happy with the work that has been completed at our home and also thankful for Quality 1st Basements for standing behind their warranty!!

I was very happy with the job Quality 1st Basement Systems did for my basement.  The installation crew was friendly and clean, they put tarps down to not carry any dirt from the outside or from the job site.  They were knowledgeable about the work that they do and the salesmen had a good presentation to let me know what the work would entail.  Two things that pushed me to go with your company in the end was the quality of the products and the price.

I first heard about Quality 1st because one of my neighbors used them to fix some foundation issues in their basement. When I began to notice some cracks on my basement walls I knew it was time to call the professionals. When calling the office the staff was very professional. I set an appointment for a free estimate inspection. My salesman Kenny was excellent he answered all of my questions and was not too pushy. I experienced the best customer service with the installation crew led by Jonathan. They installed 9 wall anchors in just 2 days! In the end I chose Quality 1st for my structural repair issues because they had excellent reviews online and the quality of the work was great.

Randy and his assistant were very polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

My architect recommended a PA dealer of basement systems. He recommended the same products and had same measurements, but wanted $3,000 more!!  We did get a bit of water after during first bad storm, but Quality 1st had a guy at my house that saturday morning and he fix it.

Tom was excellent in his understanding of the problem and in his explanation of it. The project went quickly and was wallet done.

We are completely satisfied with the work installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector was very helpful and explained all of my options for waterproofing my basement. My installation team was hard working and finished the job in no time.I was referred to Quality 1st by a co-worker and chose to go with the company because the timing and budget worked out for me nicely. I even decided to invest in the Ultra Sump III (battery back up) system to protect my home from pump failure.

The salesman was very persuasive and honest. The installation crew were very diligent, neat, and courteous.

I already had an UltraSump sump pump from Quality 1st, and they did good work installing it. I went back to them for another job and I am very satisfied with my choice, the team did a very good job.

Top rate technician Collin Peare was our technician on the company's most recent visit, and he was incredibly helpful, polite and thorough. He took our problem seriously and spent all the time he needed to come up with an answer. I hope he comes back again when issues arise.

The only place I trust for waterproofing! Mike, Mario, and the team did a tremendous job solving the water issues in our basement. Would recommend them to anyone.
