Quality First did a fantastic job on our foundation repair. Jack Huber was able to explain the entire process and was available when we had questions. The crew showed up on time and did all the work plus cleaning up. Although the work ended up being done outside versus inside as originally planned it was done correctly. We then passed township inspections. Highly recommend it, other companies' suggestions were not as thorough and did not address the complexity of the repair.  

Very good Company I purchased my home, which had a dehumidifier machine in the crawl space, and noticed this company Quality 1st basement for yearly service. Justin did a great job servicing our super sump this past weekend. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was courteous, professional, and very neat. Troubleshot for root cause and clearly explained what was causing the pump issue. Justin presented several alternatives for correction and there was no pressure to choose among the options that best-suited the resolution of the challenge. He managed installation quickly and frankly, we didn't even notice he was here. At completion, all was in order and working great and he left the work area just as neat as he found it. Great work Justin! Look forward to next year's maintenance service...I definitely recommend Quality First for basement water management...great service, the solution works terrific and it's a great value for the spend. The techs are great too!

I first got my basement waterproofed back in 2011, and I am very happy that I decided to go with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They did a great job waterproofing my basement, and with the annual service. Sha Chon Kasey was a rare pleasure. He knew exactly what to do. He explained everything to me, and showed me what was going on. He was a gentlemen in every way! I will be sure to ask for him next year!

First and foremost, I'm very rarely, truly impressed by service and have only written one other letter like this before in my life. However, I felt compelled to express my great appreciation and satisfaction in my dealings with Jack Jamison.  His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail was truly a breath of fresh air in a very long, difficult journey with Quality 1st.  He wasn't afraid of having very difficult conversations and, most importantly, didn't over-promise and under-deliver service.  He was very different than the others who visited my home because he listened 90% and spoke 10% of the time.  He was genuinely interested in learning about my entire experience, understanding specific issues, and desired outcome.  With having dealt with many folks in your organization, I would hope he is considered your most prized asset.  His experience will undoubtedly make those around him better and help drive more business.  His position is obviously not an easy one to hold and there are always difficult decisions to be made each day.  However, I very much appreciate the outcome of my situation. Kenny is a wonderful person to have as the first representative of Quality 1st Basement Systems. Ken was prompt and courteous from the very first meeting. All questions were answered with much clarity so that there was no doubt as to what was needed to correct our problem and how that goal would be completed. Whenever he was called, He immediately responded to the call and had no problem revisiting to make sure we knew what methods would be used to complete the job. Every promise he made was met and completed by the foreman and crew for the job.

A foreman that not only gives respect and courtesy to his customers, but also receives it from the crew who works with him. Wilver is a perfect example of the type of person any boss would want as an employee. From the very beginning, he had no problem in explaining what was going to be done and how it would be accomplished. He is a man of his word with the integrity and skill to know how to accomplish the work. Wilver kept the job moving along in a very timely fashion with honest answers to any questions we had. He actually stood by his word from what to expect from the job as well as how long it would take the crew to complete the job which was done with much efficiency and cleanliness. When completed, Wilver took the time to walk through the basement and explain the workings of all the equipment so that there would not be any doubt as to what to expect from the equipment. Because he was so pleasant and accommodating, it made it very comfortable to have him work in my house. He also is a fine representative for your company.

Very accommodating to finding a date to do the job. Mike Notar was very informative and did a great job explaining their product and laying out a plan that best suited our house. The guys that came and did the work did a great job and finished it quickly. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.
