I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I had a partially finished basement, but I live near water, so I wanted to be proactive and get a pump installed. I had a great experience with the staff when setting up my appointment and the salesmen when learning about the products. The installation crew was also outstanding, and was led by a professional foreman. My service technician Sha'chon explained everything thoroughly and his work was efficient and timely. He showed up to my home on time and let me know exactly what work was being performed. He walked me thru the entire process and informed me that my sump pumps were working properly.

I needed to solve the problem of a damp basement with an open drain system and inefficient sump pump. I first met with salesman Ron Michaels, who was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. He put together a waterproofing plan to make my basement dry and keep within my budget. On the day the work was scheduled the crew led by Wilver Cardoza arrived on time, were professional and courteous and completed the work within the time frame I was given. During the recent wet weather the system seems to be working well and I am very happy that I no longer have that musty basement smell. I also wish to commend Juan Gonzalez for his patience and help in answering all my questions related to the job and ensuring I was fully satisfied with the work.

Our salesman Kenny was excellent. He knew his products and explained them in thoroughly at a level we could understand. The office staff was always very helpful and informative. They worked with me at every level and were pleasant whenever I spoke with them. The installation team were courteous and did a beautiful job. After cleanup, I couldn't even tell they were ever there!
