I am very satisfied with the work completed in my basement by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My system design specialist Rick did an excellent job and was very helpful. The office staff was friendly and the installation crew worked very hard. Before choosing Quality 1st I did research on other waterproofing companies in NJ but they had a good price and were very professional.

Both service technicians were excellent.  Collin is very knowledgable and dedicated to his customers.

Teach was very good, They always answer questions very courteous. 

Quality 1st Basements sent senior service technician Collin Peare on-site to my house today for an annual check-up and cleaning of a sump-pump system installed over 10 years ago by them. The system has worked without issue since installation, but performing an annual inspection is always a good idea and can bring up any issues not apparent to a home-owner.Collin arrived on time, and even called ahead to let me know an estimated time of arrival. He answered all my questions regarding the current status of the pumps, battery, and overall health of the equipment. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the pumps and replaced the battery as well which was way overdue for care.Overall, I am happy with the service and will continue to utilizer their services and recommend them for crawl-space and sump pump solutions.

Totally honest!    I had some water issues in my basement so I called Quality 1st Basements. I was immediately impressed by how totally honest they were. They told me there was no water damage, but that there were several things I could do to prevent future damage. I told them to go ahead and do the work, and they did everything they promised they would do. They were very good at their jobs. I was very happy with them, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Wilver and his crew were excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. Wilver explained everything and kept me in the loop throughout the construction. They were very respectful and protective of my property and when they were done everything was clean with all garbage removed. I believe they went above and beyond and it is evident that they take pride in their work,as they should. My basement looks beautiful and I only wish I had this done years ago. Wilbur and the guys were great!

I chose Quality 1st because the salesman was trustworthy, the computer provided a great demonstration, and all my emails and phone calls were returned promptly. The salesman explained the system and the products very well.

I am very satisfied with all of the job options that were offered to me. When i first made the appointment the scheduler was very pleasant, as well as the rest of the office staff. When Dan McNally came to my house he was very honest and straightforward in the information that he gave me. On the day of the installation, the guys were very good. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, and fixed the issue. I was also happy that there was very little cleanup. Overall I am very pleased with the job done. Rather than destroying the old concrete walkways, Quality 1st Basement Systems came in and jacked them back into position. They were very high tech and fast. I will recommend Quality 1st to my friends, and if any problems arise in the future, they are the first people I will call.

Very satisfied! Andy was excellent, highly qualified, receptive and knowledgeable. Arturo, Omar and the rest of the crew were friendly and hard working. They were very receptive to my concerns. I hired Quality 1st because of reliability, throughout appointment telephone calls at every stage of process starting with Andy. They followed up and followed through. 

Hired quality for concrete raising. The staff was knowledgeable and on time. The only issue we had was that 2 small sections of my concrete were in a pinched area and would not come up to the height that I was told would be fixed. It was better but just not exactly what I wanted. Spoke to Kyle and they made it right. Would definitely hire again. Responsive and they get back to you. That's something many companies just don't do.

I first had work done by Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010, and I have continued to be impressed by them. Every year the work that they do during the service appointments are excellent. I have recommended Quality 1st to many of my neighbors and my coworkers, and never once have I been disappointed. Good Job !
