I’ve had the Basement System for just about 15 years when the pump finally had an issue. Justin from Quality 1st was able to respond within a few hours. He replaced the entire pump system with the battery backup in about an hour and cleaned up as well. So, in the middle of the rain for 2 straight days, my system worked flawlessly, and then when it had a mechanical failure, Quality 1st stepped up and saved my basement from flooding for sure.
