Had a very positive experience with this company starting from the first person who received my call (actually only call). First, an estimator was scheduled to come in four weeks and after finding out about my deadline, the estimator was scheduled within a week. Jay came to my home on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave an estimate on the spot. I did not shop for the price as the estimate was at least 70% below my expectation. Jay was able to schedule the work the very next day !!!! Both Zack Juarez and Luis Aguirre who came to my home to do the work are professionals and easy to work with... Work is done on time and quality and interaction were extremely pleasant plus I have a five-year warranty on the work.

My sump system died on the eve of a storm. Kyle (a Mgr.) came within an hour and took care of everything.  It was a fairly involved job, requiring new pumps, new PVC, new battery.  The job was completed in a couple of hours to my satisfaction.  Kyle's care and professionalism were exemplary.  Quality First was, once again, responsive and reliable.

I was first interested in getting a sump pump installed because I had water coming through one side of my basement after heavy rain, even though I could not see any cracks. After reference from a friend, I decided to go with Quality 1st to do the work, and I was not disappointed. I was very impressed by how professional and helpful to our needs the salesman was, and how courteous and professional the installation crew was. The cleanup was also done really well, and I am totally satisfied with the company. Now I will be the one to recommend Quality 1st to my friends and family.
