First, Kenny T. came to my house to inspect my basement.  He seemed knowledgeable and provided a no pressure sales approach.  He came back to my house to pick up a signed contract.  He subsequently came back to my house and met with my contractor, and home inspection engineer to coordinate the Water Guard's installation plan with my basement's floor plan.  He returned to my house twice on the day of installation to make sure that everything was going as planned and to answer my questions.  After the drain was installed he was available to help me with any questions or concerns. I am very satisfied with the way that the crew installed the drain.  They seemed to be very skilled at what they were doing. All throughout this process, Damon, a supervisor at Quality 1st, made himself available to answer any technical questions.  I consulted with him about dehumidification, vapor barriers and drywall.  He seemed to be knowledgeable in many areas of construction.  The opportunity to consult with him is very valuable to me. Most outstanding, there were some questions I had about the finishing of my basement, which needed to be evaluated on site.  These questions were not directly related to any work that Quality 1st did for me.  As a complete favor, Damon visited my house and provided me with his advice.  This was a total favor, and was extremely valuable to me.  I benefited very much from that visit and I am grateful to Damon for coming to my house and to Bob for coordinating the visit. Overall, I am extremely happy that I chose Quality 1st to install my perimeter drain.  I was very satisfied with their no pressure sales approach, their professional installation, and the follow up service.

From the minute Mike Fiorello came into my house, his enthusiasm for his job and his belief in the product he was selling was evident.  He went over to my house with a fine-tooth comb, showing me pictures of what he thought could improve the quality of my home.  Anytime I called him, he was available to go over every detail of the job.  The work team, led by Delfino was outstanding.  They showed up every day on time and did an outstanding job.  I was very, very, impressed by both the quality of their work and how hard they worked.  They made sure the job exceeded my expectations.  I am very pleased.

We first decided to contact Quality 1st Basement systems because we had a 22 ft crack in the center of a 38 ft wall, and this was causing the wall to lean slightly. The crack was large enough for a quarter to fit, and we decided that it needed to be reinforced ASAP. After doing a lot of research, and getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Quality 1st because of how well the quote was presented to us. We thought that the salesman gave us a very well done presentation, and the installation crew did a great job in cleaning up and filling the holes. We are very satisfied with the work that was done, and now we don't have to worry about our foundation problems anymore.
