My home was built in 2010 but I don't think that the builder did a good job with making sure I would not get any water in my basement. During heavy rain storms I was beginning to notice some water seepage on my basement floor and walls. I decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems for a FREE evaluation. My basement inspector John made sure that I understood everything, before moving forward with any work and repairs at my home. He was very polite and attentive! The installer Wilver Cardoza and his crew did a great job. They were so nice and dedicated to ensure I was happy and understood everything! Prior to having Quality First come, our basement flooded or got water in it after every rain and snow, but after they completed the job, we haven't had a drop since. The technician that came to our house was Will Harris, and he mapped out all the problem areas and made awesome suggestions... He wasn't pushy and forcing anything on us either... We went with a Triple-Sump pump, an Air Filter, and The Water Guard... This was awesome and are thrilled with everything! We will definitely be using Quality First for any waterproofing needs and other services.
