I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 2 years before I contacted Quality 1st. I first heard about them through my son's neighbor who referred them. I am very satisfied with the work completed at my home. The installation crew did a very very good job.

Good job training your sales people. They definitely know the products and they came not trying to push me (like other companies) to sign the contract. The crew was great; they are very hard workers. They even cleaned up. Overall, it was everything I expected.

I was satisfied with the job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. The crew was courteous, prompt, and did a great clean up. Ken Peare was a competent salesman and represented the company well. The promotional and technical materials presented well. Overall, I was very pleased with everything and would liked to be used as a reference.

We decided a dehumidifier was needed in our basement. We did our research and concluded that something more than a store bought product was required. So we investigated companies that specialize in basement moisture problems, this led us to Quality 1st Basements. We made an appointment; in a few days we were sitting with Kenny discussing our options. What we quickly found was that Kenny is an expert in all phases of basement moisture, waterproofing and finishing. We chose the SaniDry XP Basement Air System, six SunHouse Basement Window Enclosures, and the CleanSpace Wall System for the basement walls. The next step, a date and time for the work to begin. When that date came, Mario and his crew arrived right on time. But wait, it gets even better. I thought a job like this would take days to finish. So much to install, outside excavation to remove the old windows and install the new ones. Nay, nay by 5 pm the installation work was complete. Clean up was next. Why was the work done by 5 pm?? It's because Mario and his crew knew exactly what needed to be done; they worked hard, they're professionals. Clearly they take pride in their work. There was a lot of soil left over after back- filling the enclosures, would it be left up to me to get rid of it, HOW? They took it all with them, putting it in 5 gal. containers and then loading it on their truck. Throughout, Mario briefed us on the crews progress, he answered my questions, showed different aspects of the job how it would be done, or would be done, and doing it gladly. It was about 8:30 pm when we said our good-byes, they pulled away driving away into the sunset. So, I've dealt with several Quality 1st members. Including Nicole, Kenny, and lastly Mario and his crew. What a pleasure dealing with a group of dedicated people that work together.

I initially heard about Quality 1st from my neighbor who had work done in their basement after noticing water leakage. The office staff and inspector were good at answering all of my questions and concerns. The installation team lead by Jesus worked very hard and installed several waterproofing products that work. I did research and got quotes from other waterproofing companies but chose to go with Quality 1st because I got more for my money and the layout was better for my basement.

When I called Monday morning regarding issues in our basement, the service rep told me that someone would call me back. So Mike Dellechiaie called & came to my house at 2:00 pm. He saw the basement, proposed a contract & tried his best to squeeze the project for Friday. Which I am happy about because of my tight work schedule. He is very nice, accommodating, and had explained the plan well.Friday came, the team of four people led by Heriberto also arrived on time. They worked right away and finished in a timely fashion, but they have to come back because they found more problems. So, he called the manager, and I agreed to what is needed more to be done. So, for the second time around, they are very punctual as they arrived at 9:00 am & completed the job around 1:00 pm. They are very professional, not loud, and respectful.

I am 100% satisfied with the job done! I hired you because the specialist explained the products so throughouly and Quality 1st would complete the repair and clean up with no work by me! 

I am very happy with the basement waterproofing job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. The salesmen and installation crew were excellent and the office staff was very good as well. I have had a wet basement for 50 years and did not think the problem could be solved, though I had tried. My old sump pump was not performing as needed so the crew replaced it with a new sump pump and installed a back-up system. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The job done satisfied all of my expectations and beyond!

After hearing about you from my neighbor, I set up a free estimate with Quality 1st and was very pleased with the salesman who visited my home.  He was respectful + thorough and after 2 years of issues, I decided to move forward with waterproofing my basement with an Ultra Sump system.  The low price and great experience makes me feel confident that I made the right choice by going with Quality 1st Basement Systems.
