I was present at the start of the week’s work.  Below is some feedback on Anthony and his crew’s performance. Anthony answered all my questions in a professional manner and explained things in a way I would understand.  He and his crew were at the house when they said they would be there. Anthony’s crew members were careful as they moved steel beams and other materials into the basement.  I was working in the kitchen and was grateful for their care. The second day of work, I asked Anthony to show me what was completed and explain what needed to be completed.  Again, he clearly explained what had been done. My sister came at the end of the week to do the final walk through.  She commented to me that the basement was left clean (which was one of her concerns).  Plus the work passed all inspections with ease. Please thank Anthony and his crew for their work; please let Frank know that I was completely impressed by the business he created and how well trained Anthony was in customer service.  My only disappointment was that it took three months to get the work scheduled in (we had planned for two months).  As I said to Kathy, 15 crews are being kept busy and that is an awesome business.

I am writing today in regards to the project currrently underway at my residence. I wanted to express now, before the project is even completed, how happy I have been with every facet of this process. Mike Ciocca, who originally met with me to discuss my needs and generate a quote for services, has been a pleasure. He's been attentive to my needs, responsive to my questions and easily accessible at every point in the process. I've recommended your company, and him in particular, to several friends and family members, several of which I believe have contacted him. With regards to the work currently being performed, I am embarrassed to say that I was not able to recall everyone's name who is onsite, but the crew as a whole has been exemplary. Scott, the gentleman in charge, has been absolutely wonderful. He's taken the time to discuss and explain all aspects of the project with me and made sure I understand exactly how they were approaching each portion. The entire crew had been kind, considerate and very careful in all of the work they've done. The quality of the work they have put forth appears second to none in my opinion. I could not be happier at this point. Everyone involved has my highest praise. I've talked to several people in your office including Chris. The customer service level from him and everyone who has contacted me has been phenomenal. I wanted to reach out to your company at this point and express my satisfaction. Please be sure all of these gentlemen, especially the onsite crew, are duly recognized for thier exceptional service.

Scott and his entire crew were excellent in the work the did. I had six cracks, six piers, and foundation repair done. The worked hard and explained everything well. I hired you because of yoru neighborhood reputation and your references. I was very pleased. Excellent work.

The serviceman, Craig, completed work in my basement on May 17, 2017. I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. The experience started early that morning when Craig called to let me know he was on his way. During the day, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing the work that way, and an expected completion time. He asked me if I had any questions, and, of course, I did; and he fully answered my questions. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. Frank's Basement Systems tore out and rebuilt 40% of my basement wall. We received very detailed and specific estimate and proposal information. Everything was very thorough and the clean-up went above and beyond. I researched companies before I hired you and did so because of your reputation, thoroughness of proposal and estimate.
