CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed in Manchester, Ohio.   CleanSpace provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.  The crawl space is a part of the home, so whatever gets into the crawl space also gets into the living space.

This home had a crawlspace and a basement. This basement/crawlspace was made of poured concrete walls which were leaking water. This was considered one of our bigger jobs as we installed, Waterguard, CleanSpace, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also sprayed Anabec cleaner and spray foam insulation to clean the mold and keep the basement insulated. 

This crawl space in Sardinia, Ohio was dirty and damp. We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace liner to protect against vapor. This along with other products will protect the space from mold, mildew, and water.
